Happy Thanksgiving! Special thanks to St. Andrew Christian Church for providing desserts for today free meal to our local community. A friendly reminder that The FreeStore Will be serving Thanksgiving lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM today 11/24/22 at Camp Christian in the dining hall. You are welcome to eat there or take it to go. Need directions, questions RSVP let me know! Happy Thanksgiving

The FreeStore needs

Greetings! At this time The FreeStore is only accepting non-perishable food items, and blankets. We are desperate need of blankets!

The most needed items right now are:

  • Canned goods such as Soup, Vegetables, Tuna and Chicken
  • Boxed potatoes, stuffing, hamburger helper and noodles
  • Peanut Butter
  • As well as personal care items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, feminine products, deodorant, soaps, detergents, and sanitizers.
    -We also need blankets and gloves.
    We have an Amazon wish list for the Free Store if you would be interested in making your donation that way. Items can be ordered and shipped directly to Camp Christian. The list can be viewed at https://a.co/f9hMkNQ. (Please note, this is just a simple way to streamline these types of donations. You can always purchase items from your local stores and/or take collections at your Congregations and then bring them to Camp Christian.)
    You can also make monetary donations to The Free Store at Camp Christian at http://www.ccinoh.com/donation.aspx. Be sure to designate your donation to the Free Store at Camp Christian.

Blessing Boxes

Greetings! Few updates from The Freestore at Camp Christian. The Blessing Box outside of The Freestore was discontinued 11-1-2022. Instead, there will be a monthly distribution of blessing boxes at the Free Store each third Saturday of the month at 10 a. Please RSVP to guarantee that you get a box. It will be first come first serve. To RSVP call/text. Reminder of the free thanksgiving meal served on Thanksgiving from 11-3 at the camp. Lastly the forms for the annual Christmas party Dec 17th are available at The Freestore. Question send us a message.

Summer Camp Registration

The Camp Christian Summer 2022 Camp and Conference registration forms and information are now available through our website! They are all available for download in one place on the Summer Forms, Downloads, and Links page (linked below.)They can all also be accessed through each of the Ministry’s web pages and on each of the corresponding dates on the Regional Calendar. Please feel free to post and share this information with as many people as possible.

Each Congregation will also receive a packet of hard copies of the forms and information in the mail over the next week or so. We just wanted to be sure you knew where to access them online in the meantime. We are looking forward to having another wonderful Summer at Camp Christian!!
